You may have noticed (or not) that I’ve made a change to the menu selections above. There is new menu item called “Market Stats” which includes a link to the Median Price Charts and a new feature, City Market Stats. City Market Stats displays a set of graphs for the city you select including the number of monthly active listings, sales per month, price per sq foot, and foreclosures. Hopefully, this will give you a better handle on some basic trends in those cities.
