Looking for a family-friendly Halloween party? Then plan to attend Tempe’s 32nd Annual Family Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 31st from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Kiwanis Park, Mill Avenue and All-American Way. This free carnival is offered as a safe alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating. Last year over 5,000 attended.
Tempe’s Family Halloween Carnival will feature a performance by Valley magician Craig Davis from 6-7 p.m. There will also be costume contests, face painting, mini train rides, a haunted bus, horse rides, bounce houses and carnival game and food booths all evening long. Tickets for game and food booths can be purchased for 25 cents apiece with all proceeds going to local non-profit groups.
