Tempe Single Family Home inventory down 57% since January

Tempe single family homes months of inventory has been creeping up since May when it dropped to a year low of 5.44, to July’s 6.34. Still, inventory is down 57% from the high of 14.7 in January. You can check out the chart and numbers.
