Since there’s so much interest in bank owned homes, I’m going to start a regular update on available bank owned in Tempe. My last update was on May 6th. I hope to update at least monthly, possibly more often depending on how quickly the market changes.
There are 29 bank owned homes actively for sale as marked in the MLS. Twenty-one of the 29 are single family homes. Twelve sold since May 6th, when there were 35 active. Nineteen more are pending sale.
