As previously mentioned, I’ve integrated a new MLS home search into my real estate website. Listings come from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) through an IDX connection. IDX is a standard MLS interface used by third party vendors.
It’s free to use with no registration required. However, to save searches and receive search updates by email, you will need to register with at least your name and email address (makes sense, right?). Your information will never be shared.
Key features include:
- Interactive map (click upper right Map button for satellite, terrain, or hybrid view)
- Zoom and move to different areas
- Slider bars to enter search information
- Homes found are highlighted on map and selectable for more information
- Detailed listing views include:
- Home features detail, including description from the MLS
- Map view – Google view of home location, including Streetview if available
- Tools including:
- Mortgage Calculator
- Zillow home value estimate
- School and Community information
- Save search results and favorite listings
- Results emailed on a schedule you set, or setup RSS feed reader
- Print listing details directly to printer, or to a PDF
- Bookmark or Email listing pointer for future reference, or send to a friend
I appreciate any feedback on this new search feature and hope that it makes your search experience more productive!
