The City of Tempe recently completed the first comprehensive citizen statisfaction survey since 2000. Overall, residents gave largely positive feedback on services and amenities provided by the city. More than 1,000 residents participated in the survey covering water service, parks, public safety and more.
Tempe ranked in the top 5% of cities nationally in resident satisfaction. Overall satisfaction levels were at 88%, 35% above the national average.
