Short sales and bank owned deals in Queen Creek, AZ

I just submitted an offer on a short sale in Queen Creek for a buyer client of mine. Now we wait, and wait…. It may take a month or more to get an answer. But the client thinks it’s a great deal. It will be if the bank agrees to it, especially with the terms he wants. Fortunately, he’s not in a hurry. Check out my article on buying short sales for more on the issues involved.

We have also been looking at bank owned properties in Queen Creek, which are getting multiple offers for the better priced homes within days of going on the market. These are homes that sold for over $200,000 back in 2005, now going for under $130,000. The condition of the homes vary greatly, most requiring repair work, but can still be net positive if you are willing to put the effort in.

Just be prepared to fight it out with everyone else trying to score a deal.
