Popular Alta Mira in Tempe is located adjacent to Circle G Ranches 4, south of Warner Road between Price and McClintock, within easy access of the 101 freeway. It is made up of UDC built homes with no HOA. The homes are generally well maintained, with some having undergone recent remodels and exterior painting. The lots immediately bordering Circle G are extra large.
Goodwin Park
A Tempe city park, Goodwin Park, is located in the center of the neighborhood within easy walking distance of the homes. It includes a basketball court, children’s playground, and a soccer field. The park is named in honor of a pioneer family of four brothers.
