Twenty-one condos (classified as “Townhouse” and “Apartment Style” in the MLS), closed in March, one more than February. Active listings as of 4/14/2008 are at 377, up from March’s report of 354. Inventory remains about 18 months based on this data (377/21), the same as February.
Average sales price dropped significantly from February’s $240,650 to March’s $175,647.
As of 4/14/08, 4 condos have closed in April and 54 sales are pending.
