To find it, you turn down Caroline Ln off of Priest until you reach the gated entrance. It’s very near to the Cardinal’s training facility and Tempe Sports Complex.
The development is located near great shopping and restaurants (Ikea, Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, AJ’s Fine Foods, Roy’s, Flemings Steak House, and more).
Be sure to check out the development public report for important disclosures about the area. Of note is the fact that the development has commercial/industrial businesses adjacent to two of the boundaries, which a potential buyer should review. The entrance to the development is through a county island that is not serviced by the City. There is an HOA, so review the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
