Review of Tempe Circle G Ranches (Updated 3/20/10)

by Rod Rebello on March 30, 2008

Main Entrance to Circle G from Warner Rd

The Tempe Circle G Ranches development by Warner and 101 across from the ASU Research Park is an excellent popular custom home development consisting of 160 homes. Ideal for horse enthusiasts, horses can be kept on several of the larger Circle G properties.

Owners love the neighborhood for the excellent custom homes, mature landscaping, proximity to major shopping centers, easy freeway access, and of course, friendly neighbors.

Although this is an older neighborhood, with homes dating from 1983, remodeling projects can be seen in progress (sometimes literally from the ground up). Several homes have already been upgraded with outstanding features and landscaping.

The Neighborhood Park

The community features a park with horse arena which is usually busy on weekends. Horse owners can also take advantage of the well maintained riding trails between the homes.

Horse Arena

Children's Playground, Tennis Courts

The park includes a children’s playground which was recently upgraded with a large swing set. Two well maintained lighted tennis courts are available with keyed access to the homeowners.

SRP Irrigation

Another feature of Circle G is SRP provided irrigation. Most homes in Circle G have access to SRP irrigation water, although there are a few that don’t. Owners can sign up for an association approved irrigation service to manage delivery of their water (a major benefit unless you really like getting up at 3am in the morning when SRP gives you your scheduled time).

Schools

Area schools include:

  • Kyrene Del Cielo Elementary, 1350 N Lakeshore Dr
  • Kyrene Aprende Middle School, 777 N Desert Breeze Blvd
  • Corona Del Sol High School, 1001 E. Knox Rd
