Dan Schwartz has announced their acquisition by HomeSmart. Dan Schwartz will continue to operate for the foreseeable future while they consolidate. I will transfer my license to HomeSmart during April March, so watch the sidebar for my HomeSmart logo.
Real estate agents are independent contractors, so it is up to the agent to manage their business. Regardless of who my brokerage is, my commitment to high level, quality service remains unchanged. Other than my logo and office address changing, my clients should not perceive a difference.
